We are a professional hair salon with licensed, award-winning hair designers who are up to date on the latest trends in the cosmetology industry. Our philosophy is to provide clients with healthy hair whether they choose to wear their hair naturally or enhance their hair with chemicals (relaxers, perms, or color processes). We use our professional knowledge/experience along with the wants/needs of clients to give them the best results.We specialize in precision cuts, captivating color, and healthy hair care. We are well versed in natural looking weave (bonded or sew-in).We only use high-end professional products i.e., Mizani, Nexxus, Affirm, Design Essentials, etc. Established in 1996. In December 1996, Valeria opened Val’s International Hair Designs & Day Spa. She is an international hairstylist that provides hair care services for women and men of all hair types.In 1982, Valeria, graduated from Pivot Point Beauty College. She held the position of Master Stylist and Educational Director at Mr. T and Company Hair Studios in Chicago, IL. She has received advanced training and has professional association with many well known individuals and companies in the cosmetology community.Valeria has won numerous awards: First Place in the 1995 Proud Lady Show, USA Hair Color Award 1994 and 1995, First Place in Disney World National Hair Styling Group 1992, and First Place in Total Look Competition 1988 .With all of her success, Valeria has surrounded herself with other successful and professional hair stylists who are well versed in traditional and fashion trend hair design.
