Established in 1912. Originally opened in 1912, the Olympia Candy Kitchen has been family owned since 1920. Immigrant Nicholas Paflas bought the Olympia in 1920 with his wife Leona. The Olympia had been passed down from generation to generation and is now run by fourth generation family member Kare Andersen.
