We at Oaxaca would like to thank you for making us Huntington’ s favorite Mexican Restaurant.The house specialties include tacos, flautas enchiladas, burritos, tamales, fajitas, quesadillas, mole sauce,chiles rellenos and much, much more. They have captured the true tangy flavor of Mexico by using exact spices and ingredients to prepare each dish consistently perfect day after day. we have excelent Margaritas. Established in 1996. The story of Oaxaca started when we living on Long Islad NY, want to enjoy good and authentic Mexican Cuisine, we try several restaurant, but we did not satisfied our idea of mexican food, so having experience in Mexico on cooking food, we decide in 1996 open a very small restaurant the L’il Caboose in East Northport.People was very happy and food critic also. Thanks to those critic specials Joan Reminick from Newsday, we soon be very successful maybe not on money but on good reputation and that was better for us. finally we succeeded in showing real Mexican food on Long Island. On the end of 1996 we open Oaxaca Mexican Food Treasure on the heart of Huntington Village. We again in 1997 we did top ten among all restaurant of Long Islad.
