We curate unique and interesting bottles from around the world, and cater our Mediterranean-inspired small plates/tapas style menu to match. Established in 2015. Nick Gialias, a certified sommelier, has been managing restaurants in New Hope, PA for over a decade. Nektar is his first venture as owner, and the bar is an extension of his personal philosophy on wine, beer, and spirits.
