At Mile High Lobster Shack we specialize in creating delicious, fresh lobster. Established in 2020. Welcome to Mile High Lobster Shack! Sonya and Zack Coslet are two Colorado natives who share a passion for food and adventure. After working in several different roles we both found working with food and flavors was the most enjoyable. Given the opportunity to expand on an already fantastic food cart we decided to take the leap in January 2020. We continue to bring Coloradans Maine’s most popular delicacy. We are confident Coloradans will appreciate this sublime sandwich stuffed generously with the “King of Crustaceans” and look forward to seeing you as we travel around the Front Range getting our business underway.
