We are a local coffee house located in historic Peoria Heights. We roast our own coffee and supply local coffee shops. We also sell all of our fresh roasts in our retail store located in the downstairs of the house. Established in 1983. In the early ’80s, the house was turned into small specialty coffee and tea store. They sold fresh roasted coffee from White House Coffee Co and a large selection of delicious teas. The original owners sold it to Mike and Kathy Keller in 1991. In 1994, the Kellers expanded their business and they turned the gift shop upstairs into the wonderful coffee shop that you can enjoy today. In 1995, Mike Keller refurbished the Royal No. 5 Roaster and began roasting and selling their own coffee brand. The new owner, James Cross, took over December 1, 2008. Since then, we have made several changes to this wonderful old house, including the large patio in the front.
