Jumana, an artist, interior designer, and chef from Damascus, Syria, applied her various skills and trades to create Le Souk in 2017. Jumana’s vision for her teahouse was to emulate the market places (“souks”) from her homeland. She did so by embracing its vivid aesthetic, warmhearted and cozy ambiance, and unique cuisine.
