Our parent location – Koya in Highland Park – has served quality sashimi and sushi in the classic sit-down sushi bar setting for the past 15 years.Our mission is to provide our customers a convenient and accessible means to enjoy those same quality ingredients! All our sashimi are directly selected and prepared by seasoned sushi chefs with decades of experience. Whether you’re digging into a Koya signature bowl, or enjoying a personal bento creation of your own, we guarantee that only the finest and freshest ingredients go in, because we know good food. Established in 2014. We opened back in 2014 as a traditional Japanese Sushi Restaurant.But in 2020, We remodeled our establishment in to a Fast Casual Sushi Bowl & Bento Restaurant.We wanted to bring more modern looks and the Healthy Japanese food in Fast Casual way to server our customers and the community.We are looking forward for to happily server our customers.
