Our kitchen is committed to serving only the finest products, and receives daily shipments of fresh, never frozen, fish and Certified Angus or Prime dry-aged Nebraska beef. Our restaurant is located at 316 Boal Ave., Route 322 East in the historic village of Boalsburg, a suburb of State College, Pennsylvania. State College is the home of Penn State Un Established in 2004. Kelly’s Steak and Seafood was opened in 2005 under the direction of Chef owners Sean and Tien Kelly. Originally The Boalsburg Steakhouse Kelly’s completely renovated the dated building, turning it into Centre Countys premier steak and seafood experience.
