Jae Valentine Hair Studio is your neighborhood salon dedicated to providing a memorable experience for each guest through exceptional service and technical excellence. We are proud to be a Unite Concept Diamond Salon. Unite is a premium hair care product line created for hairdressers by hairdressers. As of Summer 2018, we do require a credit card on file to reserve any service appointments. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or request to reschedule. Failure to contact us or attend your appointment will result in a $25 No Show Fee for Hair Cut and Styling Services and a $50 No Show Fee for any Color or Chemical Service.As of November 01, 2020 we will require a $75 Retainer for any service that requires a 3+ hour appointment time. This non-refundable payment will go towards your service. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we require that you contact us 24 hours in advance. By doing so, we will honor that your retainer is used towards another appointment booked within 2 weeks from your original appointment or when your Colorist is next available.Service subject, but not limited to a retainer are: – Color Corrections – Balayages – Full Babylights – Bleach and Tones – Bridal StylesDue to insurance reasons, no children will be permitted into our cutting room floor without an appointment.
