April is a certified hair extension specialist through Cinderella Hair Extensions and also holds two full cosmetology licenses in the States of Texas and Hawaii. Established in 2011. For over 20 years, April Miyataki has been helping the people of Hawaii look beautiful and feel like a million bucks!
