We offer a large variety of appetizers (with claims to have the best Buffalo Tenders), homemade soups and salads, pizza, sandwiches and specialty sandwiches such as; the Monte Christo or Grilled Reuben. Our Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb and Seafood Entrees and Daily Specials include grilled, baked or sauteed specialties. Some of the favorites are; Prime Rib (served Thursday, Friday and Saturday), Chicken Lemonese, Pork Calvados, Shrimp Christofer, Chicken Bangkok, Firecracker Salad, Greek Style Baked Lamb, Veal Mafia, Freda’s Fajitas & Seafood Medley Established in 1987. January 22, 1987 was a much anticipated day for the Grand Opening of Freda’s. Opening day was during a snowstorm that left over a foot of snow, but that didn’t stop people from coming in. We’ve seen the best of times and the worst of times, and we are still thriving thanks to our loyal customers.
