We specialize in a service driven culture, a fun beverage program with delicious wines, craft beer and hand crafted cocktails and just great food, period. Innovative Small plates, Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, Fresh pasta, creative entrees and more plus gluten free pizza and pasta, vegan and vegetarian options, fire + wine has great dining covered all moderately priced. Established in 2012. Fire + wine was a concept over 3 years in the making. The concept was brought to life when operators Michael & Anthony Vai met locally renowned chef, Brian Gowey and the three realized that each of them had the right skill set, values and tireless work ethic needed to bring fire + wine to life. There were a couple things they all agreed on..- The food had to be fresh and prepped daily. The kitchen could never be a place where anything was over-prepared in an effort to save on time. – If a vegetarian, a gluten free diner, a 2 year old, a triathlete, and Bobby Flay all sat down to dinner, fire + wine had to knock all their socks off and make it look easy.- Knowledgeable and helpful staff were a tenet.- Ambiance had to be a combination of comfortable, cool, easy going, fun, warm and inviting. – Service, in a deeper sense, is a guidepost; treat everyone as if they were guests in your home. Born of these tenets and a lot of work and love… is fire + wine! Enjoy!!
