Fast and Curryous

While we serve many traditional Indian dishes, we also developed Indian fusion dishes like our popular Tikka “Tacos”. In addition to providing fresh, healthy and flavorful food to customers who appreciate ethnic cuisines, we also strive to make our food more approachable for many who may be reluctant to sample new cuisines. While we have a few locations where they serve lunch on a regular basis, we are mostly mobile and can be found at various events and wineries around the area with weekly schedule updates posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages. A growing aspect of our business is catering parties, meetings, and private events and they can provide their customers with pre-made meals for pick-up or delivery or full food truck service. David and Kavita pride themselves on providing a healthy yet flavorful alternative to the typical greasy food truck by using fresh, often locally sourced ingredients, offering multiple vegetarian and vegan options, using the healthy fats found in olive oil and coconut milk, and rarely deep frying anything. We also make their own spice blends, fresh paneer, and have recently launched a line of simmering sauces for customers to make their own curry dishes at home. Established in 2017.
