Ellen’s Bakery & Cafe in Sylvan Lake has been creating specialty baked goods and delicious meals since 2004. Our cafe is a friendly, casual place with a modern atmosphere bringing you finely-prepared meals made from scratch. At our American restaurant, you will experience a variety of meal options from our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. No meal would be complete without our mouth-watering ice cream. We also have a full bar with cocktails and wines to pair with your meal. Our bakery will craft anything your heart desires from specialty cakes, a box full of sweets, to a loaf of bread. Whatever you’re craving, we can make it for you. Stop into our cafe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or for a nice scoop of ice cream! Established in 1999. After working as chefs as far away as Washington, DC and as close as Orchard Lake George and Ellen decided to open up their own restaurant in Sylvan Lake named after Ellen.
