For over 20 years Cravings Café has provided the “Cleveland West” area with great coffee, mocha’s & pastries. Owner Paul Sykes purchased the café in 2010 and added a lunch menu along with some artistic touches. In 2013 Paul met Tibby Pansing at the Beck Center for Arts. “After tasting Tibby’s Thai dishes, I realized how perfect she would be at Cravings. No sooner than a blink in her eye, she brought to Cravings her lovely daughter Fern, son Flim, and her wonderful smiling mother whom we all call Mom.” A little over a year has passed and the success story keeps growing. Tibby has added a Thai lunch menu with her specialty soup and noodle dishes. Cravings now has a beautiful bar seating area, along with revamping the space with bright Thai colors, and high end Asian art pieces. If you like truly Authentic Thai dishes, come meet Tibby and her lovely family. Once have tasted her Thai flavors, you too will be hooked on Tibby forever. Established in 2010.
