Copenhagen Bakery makes its pastry from imported Danish butter. We make all our artisan breads, cookies, mini pastries, and cakes from pure natural ingredients. We use the freshest sweetest fruits to adorn our cakes and pastries. For lunch we serve 8 soups per day and create delicious interesting sandwiches and lunches featuring our fresh bread and foccacia made from scratch here in our kitchen. Our Breakfast includes Danish crepes, waffles, french toast and fresh eggs. We have a inviting coffee bar that also serves espresso and cappuccino. Established in 1998. Flemming came to America as a journeyman baker from Denmark. Stace His wife is from Costa Rica. They began Copenhagen Bakery 15 years ago with Stace in the store, Flemming baking in the back and a few parting employees. Now they have 33 employees that care very much about the product. Today Copenhagen has become the heart of the Northport community where people gather.
