In January of 2013, Chris & Andrea Fortney set out to create Cheveux Salon & Spa as an exclusive Bumble & Bumble salon, blending the talent of exceptional stylists with the talent of local artists to create a unique and creative space. The Fortneys sought out and selected Mastey de Paris ammonia-free hair color, Goldwell color, and Bumble and Bumble styling products to create a full-service salon menu that offers natural options for hair color, full grey-coverage, and editorial quality styling products. The gallery that surrounds the salon space is filled with local artists, and during the month of May, Motorsports art by artists from around the country. The first Friday of every month, and for other special events throughout the year, the salon keeps it’s doors open late inviting the community in to experience the art, enjoy a refreshment, and meet the staff.
