Established in 2012. We started as just an idea in Chadd’s (a long time line cook, server, and bar manager) head. Coming from his frustration with the extremely low quality of food prevalent in 99% percent of restaurants out there, and with working for mean, egotistical small business owners, he set out to make a diverse, eclectic menu, with many established favorites and some cool new concepts. Cooked in front of you, and served directly by the cook (often Chadd himself). Our goal wasn’t just to make the best food possible, cooking from scratch using mostly base ingredients, but also to change what is considered the norm in everyday cuisine.
