Offering St Louis Style Pizza along with outstanding Pastas, Sandwiches, Salads and Appetizers for Dine In, Carry Out and Delivery. Established in 1983. History:It all started in 1983 when the first Cecil Whittaker’s opened in South County. A small restaurant with a small menu offering dine in, carry out and delivery. We saw the demand for a new choice in “St Louis Style” pizza and quickly opened stores in North County, St Charles, West County and St Louis City. Originally only serving pizza and salad, you the customer wanted more so we added pastas, sandwiches and appetizers to the menu. During the 1990’s, we grew as a chain and increased our number of units. Today, we have 25 locations to serve you in the greater St Louis area. Chain wide we have 15 different franchise owners representing 22 locations with 3 corporate owned units.
