Authentic cajun and creole cuisine with craft beers on tap! Established in 1996. Cajun Cafe on the Bayou was established in 1996 by Joe Thibodaux of Thibodaux, Louisiana. Joe chose his menu items from the favorite dishes he enjoyed with friends and family around Thibodaux. In 2003, Joe’s daughter and husband purchased the business. Paul is a craft beer lover from Bristol, England and soon added craft beer to the menu, including 8 beers on tap mostly local.
