How do you like it? CLEAN or DIRTY? Clean is an extra light olive oil base and dirty is a butter base. Everything in our house is cut fresh daily and never frozen. Like onions, peppers, and garlic? So do we! We offer a wide variety of flavors including freshly breaded to order mushrooms and bell peppers, full on Mexican menu w/ fresh guacamole made daily, steaks, pastas, handmade salads to order, Mahi, Tuna, Shrimp dishes as well as a wide variety of our popular burgers including the “GUAC burger” w/ fresh GUAC, sautéed mushrooms & onions, topped w/ diced pickles. We have a full menu at our website as well as daily specials including kid’s night on Monday, ladies night on Wednesday, and Guy’s night on Thursday, followed by .35 wings on Sunday. We offer live music every night of the week accept Monday and Friday. We opened with the idea of portraying my former business of building tiki huts and evolutionized into an all freshly prepared full blown family restaurant.
