I am known best for my long brown hair, big smile and mad hair painting skills. Balayage is my favorite service to provide because it is custom and perfected to each guests needs. Low maintenance, curly, super blonde, reds, you name it I can paint it! Aside from balayage, I love me a big mane of natural curls and on-site weddings also hit my sweet spot! Established in 2010. When I got out of beauty school, I rented at an adorable, brand new salon across town. It was first–of many–mistakes as a fresh-out-of-beauty-school “pro.” (Mind you, I was still in high school.) After paying rent & buying a color line I knew nothing about (thanks, Mom), I saw one client. One client in two weeks. I knew it wasn’t going to work out for me at that salon, but I lived in a small town and couldn’t swallow the thought of everyone knowing if I switched to the cheap hair place across the street. Instead of doing what was best for me, I just stopped. I quit the salon and only did occasional hair in my parents’ living room while working two other jobs. Later, I couldn’t stand the thought of my training going to waste and ended up working–you guessed it–at the local chop shop. A few months and a hurt ego later, I got recruited to LoneStar and I’ve called it home ever since. Isn’t it amazing to look back at the struggles we’ve grown through? Praise Him through the storm!
