Our food truck specializes in fresh BBQ that tastes great. No one wants rewarmed meat…. We smoke fresh daily and put our own Hawaiian inspired twist on it. Not a lot of frills, but a whole lotta flavors!See FB & IG for locations, as we do NOT have a PERMANENT location! We typically get booked by breweries, neighborhoods & other businesses to serve to their customers or employees – but LOVE to cater private events where we can get a little more creative with the menu! Established in 2017. After three successful food truck seasons in the Minneapolis area, we relocated to the Tampa area during the pandemic. We are excited to build a new community here, with good people and good food. Your not gonna find fancy stuff on our menu, but it is guaranteed to be tasty! Focusing on fresh food, we rely on only our smoker to cook our food. No fryers or flat tops on board! We arrive ready to serve and pride ourselves on how fast we get the food out to the customers! You don’t have time to wait in line!
