Charles and Nicole Gillick share a love of hair, and in their passion for styling, they found love for one another. The couple, who both have a long family history working in the salon and barbershop industry, opened Blu in 2009 with a simple vision: to create a salon with a harmonious team culture, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and focus on customer service.After years of business consulting and a lot of trial and error, they have accomplished just that. In doing so, they reignited their passion for the industry.Their passion, for bettering the lives of those seeking a career in salon industry, drives them to provide exceptional education experiences unlike any currently being offered in the industry. The two have spent the last 4 years developing programs like Reinventing Beauty, to help stylists, owners and clients to all come together to make a positive impact in our world.
