We are located along Bear Creek just outside Evergreen, CO – our window seating literally places you over the creek. From your table, you can enjoy the busy and beautiful mountain wildlife. Watch fish jumping, heron fishing, elk and deer grazing and hummingbirds sharing a meal right along side you. Our purpose is to share our love of fresh, delicious food with you in the peaceful beauty of the Rocky Mountains.Whether coming in for breakfast, lunch or dinner – we offer a variety of healthy, hearty meals – from grass-fed Front Range burgers to house-made hummus on naan. We focus on simple, fresh. Established in 2016. Our family always talked of owning a small cafe or tavern. In 2016, we finally made the plunge and opened up the The Blackbird. The location right on the Bear Creek river made the decision for us.
