Kentucky Style Southern BBQ and good old family recipies. Established in 2002. We started as a mobile unit in 2002 and ever since the sky has been the limit. In 2004 after much success at the festivals and corner of Commerce Rd and Edwards St we started plans for a restaurant. Our namesake died in 2005. So we opened the restaurant in Daleville to fulfill a family dream and to help a community grow. Our food has been our way to honor Donald Bird Strange, Father, Husband and lover of his mother”s down home cooking.
