We also carry and use Milk Shake. Established in 2004. Moved to the area in 2003. The more people we met the more we were assured that the area needed a mid-priced/high service salon. That’s what we set out to provide. B & L was off and running. December 2014 we moved to our new location as we had outgrown the original.
