Our location with a Dining Room featuring a beautiful Bar with big screen tvs. Aver’s is a Bloomington, IN original that’s been locally owned and operated since 1995. Our soft-crust pizza has been voted Best in Bloomington multiple times, four of our Signature offerings have won awards at regional, national and international pizza contests. Our expanded menu features meatballs made in-house according to our old family recipe, hand-breaded tenderloins & chick tenders, new styles of pizza crust like cracker, and beer & wine on tap in addition to our large selection of bottles & cans. Established in 1995. Started by two IU alums fresh out of college with cash advances from their credit cards as the funding. They knew exactly what kind of pizza they wanted to offer and spent many years grinding it out until they were selected to compete at the Pizza Festiva in Las Vegas with the Cream & Crimson pizza. With that award and some praise heaped on them in a big IDS article, the business took off. With this new Dine In location the Bloomington fan base will continue to grow year after year and Aver’s will remain one of the busiest independent pizza operations in the nation.
