Established in 2017. First I love Port Chester because it’s the first place I lived when I come to the USA and my first child was born and I know almost every corner of the village, so I worked in Port Chester I lived in this village, I came up with the concept for Argana Moroccan Restaurant while I am working for over 20 years in restaurant management around Westchester and Fairfield county specially in the town of Greenwich, CT where I worked for over 14 years, the time I found this location I decided with my wife Soumia to open a Moroccan restaurant because we felt that this region needs more varieties of cuisine, because we always enjoyed our rich Moroccan traditions: the aroma of our slow cooked Tagines, the colors of our murals and rugs, and the sights and sounds in the marketplace. At the same time, we yearned to discover and learn from the west. we listened to international music, learned other languages, and gradually acquired a mindset that helps us to understand and embrace both worlds.
