Altius is the second restaurant concept from B DeFrancis and Chef Jessica Bauer. Their first restaurant, Bistro 19, a local favorite in Mt. Lebanon, opened in 2006 and continues to enjoy great success. When the old Georgetown Inn became available, they believed it was their destiny to open a new fine dining concept on Mt. Washington.
