Alchemy ate Gertrude’s and spawned an Irish Gastropub. This was born out of one man’s vision, another man’s willingness to fund that vision, an awesome group of alchemists that used their hand and minds to bring it into reality, and all those who have supported us as a small business in this transformation process. History continues to be written as we move forward with hope and dedication for future expansion, including a back patio area, live music and continually improving menu and drink innovations.
