family operated restaurants Established in 2004. The original Albertino’s opened on East Passyunk Avenue in South Philadelphia. After being closed for more than a decade, the family operated and owned establishment returned to the restaurant scene in 2018 reopening in South Jersey. They have recently relocating from Berlin to their new location in Collingswood situated on Downtown Haddon Avenue. The charming restaurant resembles an Italian villa with its’ rustic walls, dark wood accents, and antique decor. The Gallelli family from South Philadelphia truly runs this restaurant inside-out from entertaining their guests in the dining room to serving an authentic Italian cuisine prepared by Chef Albertino (the father.) The menu features three signature dishes: roman artichoke, pappardelle mare e monte, and veal Albertino. Albertino’s not only wants you to feel like part of their family, but like you took an evening trip to Italy for a true Italian feast.
