Fresh seafood “from the sea to your table”. Come by our market and pick out what you’d like to eat for our chefs to cook for you. From Mutton snapper, yellow tail snapper, cubera snapper, hog fish, king fish, barracuda, mahi-mahi, grouper, lobster, shrimp, stone crab, and many more. Or just sit down at our restaurant and order something from the menu like conch fritters, frog legs, fish sandwiches, fried fish roe, the paella, and shrimp or lobster thermidor and many more. Or even just come sit at our bar and enjoy a beer and our family’s famous ceviche, from fish, shrimp, conch and oysters! Established in 2015. Adolfo Benitez came to the United States with his family in 1994. He started commercial fishing in about 1998 and would sell the fish in his truck around Hialeah Gardens. He upgraded from trucks, to vans, to even having three trucks at one point. Now his dreams are finally a reality and he has opened up a restaurant where he can provide his customers with the same fresh fish he used to sell and even open up a seafood market right next to it where people can come and continue buying fish.
