Since our opening day, we have always been an environmentally conscious business using sustainable business products (compostable wares only) and utilizing sound composting practices (by diverting 100% of our food waste and organic materials away from landfills). These are redistributed to local farmers whom we have partnerships with in buying produce and ingredients. We support those looking to maintain and improve healthy diets and lifestyles.
