Husband and wife team Valeria and Michael Boss have both worked as Platform Artists for Paul Mitchell–with Valeria being regarded as one of the top “all-around” hairdressers in the industry and Michael as a salon business coach and educator.AVBS was one of the very first exclusively Paul Mitchell salons in the midwest and has helped set the stage for the surge of Paul Mitchell in the Southwest Missouri area–with many of the local Paul Mitchell salon owners being former stylists of AVBS, as well as many others seeking coaching and mentorship in the opening of their businesses. The Bosses have literally coached thousands of hairdressers across the country.
