Salon Owner Becky Weir is a nationally recognized stylist and one of only a few Certified Redken Color Specialists in the greater Kansas City area. She trains and mentors each staff member. She also teaches stylists at salons in the Metro area, as well as across the nation. Established in 1997. As a labor of love, owner Becky Weir opened the salon doors 15 years ago with only one other staff member. Today the salon has a full staff of over 20 employees.”I opened on prom day, April 26, 1997,” she says. “I remember the day well because I had all these appointments for up-dos, and the night before, I was literally scrubbing floors until dawn to get ready. Then I went home, showered, and put in a full day.”
