A Peter James Salon was opened in 2004 by Peter Bokanoski. As one of the nation’s leading hairdressers, Peter is a National Trainer for Redken 5th Ave. NYC and has also taught “Advanced Haircutting” at the industry’s top-ranked academy–The Redken Exchange–since 2001. You may have also seen Peter’s work at New York’s Fashion Week for the designers Giorgio Armani and Patricia Fields (Stylist for Sex and the City). Having taught hairdressers all over the world both precision and creative haircutting, he has now brought his teachings home to Ann Arbor, Michigan and shared the philosophy of creativity through education with the team at A Peter James Salon.
