Established in 1998. We started out in 1998 and the name was Mona Dee’s Hair World and our goal then and still is, is to make every woman feel better than when she came in, and when the economy to a dive in 2005, so did we and I discovered a large amount of the salons clientelle found themselves starting over an re-inventing themselves and I made the decision to do so as well, so I came up with the concept of A Fresh Start, and so we did, I change the name of the salon to show my loyal clients that we were all making changes together. Every day is a fresh start and do our best to make you feel that way with every experience. When you enter our salon every experience is refreshing and when you leave the comforts of our Salon you will always feel you can over come any obstacles that come your way and you will embrace it and allways feel like it’s A Fresh Start.
