We are making all the broth from the scratch . Barely seasoned without msg and little salt .Maybe taste very light but you can add seasoning from the sauce and salad bar make your own taste . And also fresh meat slice by order.It is fun to make your own pot and the dishes. Our cold bar has lots vegetables , mushrooms , tofu , noodles , dumplings and 9 different ingredients to make your own sauce ( all you can eat from the bar )
