It all started in 1976 when our historical location was built with blood sweat and tears by our beloved Father & Grandfather Luis Valdes SR. who arrived from Cuba in the 1940s and wanted to create a foundation for his family and our future generations, the family legacy has since been passed down due to his passing in 2014 to ensure his dream & spirit is still alive and our family traditional meals & business continue to flourish. As your chef, I’m excited to present my vision to you and to all of our guests. Our caring and committed staff make sure you have a fantastic experience with us and never leave hungry.
