Created in a Neapolitan style; our pizzas are made with Italian Caputo pizzeria “00” flour; hand stretched to roughly 11″, topped with fresh ingredients, and made to order with no preservatives! Baked in our wood burning oven–which we imported in from Tuscany–at roughly 800 degrees; our pizzas bake directly on the deck of the oven. The wood imparts a smoky flavor while the heat creates a crispy outer crust with a tender, moist inside–the black spots you see are intentional and are also a result of the high temperature. 800 Degrees dough is handmade daily, sausage is made from scratch, meat and vegetables are roasted daily in-house, and we use only free-range pork and chicken from Gunthrop Farms in Lagrange, IN. Established in 2009. 800 Degrees Wood Fired Pizza and Pub is a family owned and operated business.
