Opening its doors on September 10th 2012, 551 West has quickly became a local favorite when it comes to exquisite entrees and a wide variety of local entertainment. 551 West took over the longtime home of Kegel’s Seafood Restaurant at 551 West King Street in downtown Lancaster, PA.The restaurant has seating for about 175 people, and space for about 30 in the bar area. A back dining room has seating for 50 people and is set up for hosting business meetings and presentations. The restaurant currently employees around 40 workers including cooks, bartenders, hostesses and servers.
