In addition to using all-natural beef, our other specialty burgers, sandwiches, and salads are created with our customers’ concerns in mind – whenever possible, we source all-natural, organic products to serve at our table all at a great value. Established in 2012. My name is Stephen Gontram, and I’ve been cooking great meals in St. Louis for close to 20 years. My father started 5 Star Burgers in New Mexico in 2008. In 2012, I brought his concept to St. Louis with a midwestern twist. Serving a great hamburger is at the heart of what we do. I believe in the quality of our ingredients and will always strive to provide a food and service experience that will win your trust. A lot of effort and imagination has gone into making what we believe is a truly fantastic casual dining experience, and if the beefy, juicy flavor of a 5 Star Burger doesn’t win you over, we would like to know about it!
