Established in 1973. 4G’s family restaurants has been a participant of Colorado’s heritage for more than 40 years. Juan and Ofelia Gonzalez migrated form Guadalajara in 1968 only to find new horizons in their new home: Denver, Colorado. The Gonzalez and their four children Alfonso, Hugo, Juan Carlos and Veronica operated the 4C’s coffee shop based off of Santa Fe and Hampden for 20 years before the conversion of Santa Fe drive into a two way transit began in 1993. In great stride the family relocated the restaurant and changed the name to the renowned 4G’s. Naming it as a dedications to Juan and Ofelia’s four children. Ever since then, the family and the restaurant have flourished. After the passing of Juan in 1999, his commitment to hard work and excellence persisted as four restaurants were firmly established with thriving futures
