2 Guys & a Pie Pizzeria is a perfect place for family & friends to come, relax & dine. No matter if you are buying Pizza by the Slice or buying the Whole Pizza, Quality & Quantity will not be compromised. Established in 2008. 2 Guys and A Pie was started June 08. The same month I was getting out of the Air Force. Matt and I started the pizzeria with the idea of making great food and great friends in a cool contemporary little pizza joint. Matt had a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales. I had a business degree from Nova Southeastern University. On paper sounds pretty good. We both had worked in restaurants for years prior to opening 2 Guys and A Pie. Then reality sunk in and we where open for business. We opened right when the housing market was crashing and bailouts were being given out like candy on Halloween. Over the next 3 years we made good decisions and bad decisions and tried to learn from each one. The one thing that was always constant we strived to make great food. At the end of the third year, Matt decided he wanted out of the business. This decision would be the changing point for 2 Guys and A Pie. From here the company decided to make only good decisions.
