Our business specializes in making tasty food better for you. It’s like your grandparents methods and today’s tastes. And it’s the little things, like baking our bread and pastries from scratch daily that mean you’re skipping preservatives and wow fresh baked tastes great. It means we cook and season all our meats. There are no pre-made mixes here. Our staff knows exactly what’s in your meal. So if you have an allergy to dairy, for example, we can quickly point you in the right direction. We use our own proprietary blend of flour, so if gluten is your kryptonite, know you’ll be 100% safe with us. Established in 2015. We were back in for a family visit when Suzy’s Teahouse went up for sale. “Suzy’s” was always a favorite and instinct said “go for it.” So we packed up the family and came home for good, renaming it after the year Franklin was established.Having traveled all over, we’ve always searched out interesting and healthy cuisine. Thomas has celiacs and I don’t do that well with dairy, so it’s been an adventure.Our goal is to provide food and drink that’s exciting to the taste buds and nice on the belly.
