Asian fusion restaurant offering a mixed of Japanese, Korean, Thai and Chinese cuisine. Established in 2019. 107 Taste was established by Chef Yu. After Yu received her Hospitality Management bachelor degree in China, she went to continue study in Master Degree in Florida International University (FIU) and received her Master Degree in Hospitality Management in 2011.The first 107 Taste was open in 2016, in Westchester, FL on 107the Ave (this is how the name “107 Taste” come from!), right across FIU main campus. Since then, Yu had been working even harder because she wants to bring the gourmet food to more people in south FL! The second location of 107 Taste was open at Miami Lakes in 2019, and the third location will be open in Plantation, in 2020.The menus at 107 Taste are carefully prepared with unique trendy Asian food and traditional Asian flavors.
