They felt that a new concept centered around fine affordable wine, affordable food and a fun atmosphere was needed in St. Louis. They chose Chesterfield as the location because it is the gateway to the Missouri wine trail. The restaurant is a full service bonded winery providing barrel aging on site. Andy and DD are investors in Chandler Hill Vineyards in Defiance Missouri. Andy served for 4 years as their director of Wine.
