Someone said to me the other night- this place is like CHEERS -When I look around I see many norms.We are family- we have a great staff who have come and gone and come back.As many say we have the boss of sauce- literally a loaf of bread and the chefs short rib with porcini sauce- who would need anything else. Established in 2002. We started Scutra 20 Years ago- it opened as a 30 seat restaurant. Over the course of 20 years we have multiple upgrades and additions.Our latest is a 45 seat Patio which was the saving grace during CovidDidier is very creative and is continually updating his menu. He does not cook 1 type of food. He loves all foods which are different.He has been called the boss of sauce by many.
